Completely built, externally and internally in stainless steel mirror finish.
Can be used with G30 Butane or G31 Propane. At request can be fitted
for used with methane. Door oven with double thermal glass, silk-screen
printed and thermometer.
Standard equipment: S/s gimbals, s/s pan-holders for each hob-unit
burners, s/s oven grid and s/s baking tray.
Burners rating: Each burner is fitted with thermocouple (safety valve).
Auxilliary: 1000 W - 73 g/h
Semi-rapid: 1750 W - 127 g/h
Rapid: 3000 W - 218 g/h
